Terms & Conditions — Bricks and Sand Building Contracting LLC, UAE
The following terms and conditions govern the services provided by Bricks and Sand Building Contracting LLC (“the Company”) and constitute a binding agreement between the Company and its clients, contractors, and partners.
1. Scope of Services
The Company provides professional construction and contracting services, including planning, design, execution, and project management. All services will be delivered in strict accordance with the agreed specifications, timelines, and applicable UAE laws and regulations.
2. Project Agreement
No project shall commence without a formal contract or work order. The contract will define the project scope, deliverables, timelines, costs, payment schedules, and other mutually agreed terms.
3. Payments and Fees
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule outlined in the contract. Delayed payments may incur additional charges, and the Company reserves the right to suspend work in case of non-payment.
4. Changes and Variations
Any modifications or changes to the project scope must be documented and approved in writing. Additional costs or time arising from changes will be communicated and agreed upon prior to implementation.
5. Safety and Compliance
The Company is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards. All parties involved are required to comply with safety regulations and cooperate to ensure a secure working environment.
6. Liability
The Company undertakes its services with due care and professionalism. Liability for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond the Company’s control—including natural events, regulatory changes, or client actions—is limited as specified in the contract.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and project documentation produced by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract under the conditions specified therein. Upon termination, all payments for completed work shall be settled immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Bricks and Sand Building Contracting LLC, clients, contractors, and partners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
